7 DAY EATING PLAN - FAT BURNING DIET


SEVEN DAY EATING PLAN
FAT BURNING DIET


DAY ONE
SOUP AND FRUITS ONLY TODAY.
All fruits except BANANAS.
Cantaloupes and Watermelons are lower in calories than most fruits.

DAY TWO
SOUP; ALL VEGETABLES; LARGE BAKED POTATO; NO FRUITS
Eat a large baked potato with butter at dinnertime. Eat along with the soup
Eat all vegetables until stuffed – fresh, canned, raw, cooked. Try green leafy vegetables.
Stay away from dry beans, peas and corn.

DAY THREE
ALL THE SOUP, FRUIT AND VEGETABLES YOU DESIRE.
No baked potato
If you have eaten for three days as above WITH NO CHEATING, you will
lose five-seven pounds.

DAY FOUR
SOUP, BANANAS AND SKIM MILK.
Eat as many as 8 bananas
Drink as many glasses of milk as you can, along with the soup.
Bananas and milk are high in calories and carbohydrates. On this particular
day your body will need the potassium, carbohydrates and calcium, to lessen
the craving for sweets.

DAY FIVE
SOUP; BEEF OR CHICKEN; TOMATOES; 6-8 GLASSES OF WATER.
You may have 10-20 ounces of beef or chicken
As many as 6 fresh tomatoes or one can of tomatoes today
Drink the water to wash away the uric acid in your body
Eat the soup at least once today.

DAY SIX
SOUP, BEEF OR CHICKEN, VEGETABLES.
Eat to your heart’s content, the beef or chicken, and the vegetables today
You can even have two or three steaks if you like with green vegetables.
No baked potato
Soup at least once today.

DAY SEVEN
SOUP; BROWN RICE; VEGETABLES, UNSWEETENED FRUIT.
Stuff yourself
Eat the soup at least once.

Drinks
Water, Tea, Unsweetened Fruit Juices, Cranberry Juice, Skimmed Milk

THE MORE YOU EAT THE MORE YOU WILL LOSE

Notes/Reminders:

The SEVEN-DAY EATING PLAN can be used as often as you like.
If correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a completely new feeling of well-being.
After only seven days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17 pounds, having an abundance of energy.

Any prescribed medicine will not interfere with this plan.
Continue the diet as long as you wish and feel the difference both mentally and physically.

This fat-burning diet is fast and the secret is that you burn more calories than you take of.
It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being.

This diet does not tend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time because of the removal of the fat build-up in your system.
Go off the diet for at least 24 hours before the intake of alcohol.

Because everyone’s digestive system is different, this diet will affect individuals differently. After the third day you will have more energy than when you began IF YOU DO NOT CHEAT!
After being on the diet for several days, you will find that your bowel movements have changed – eat a cup of bran or fiber. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find you don’t need the caffeine after the third day.

DEFINITE NO NO’S:
BREAD, DRIED FOODS, ALCOHOL; CARBONATED DRINKS (INCLUDING DIET DRINKS); ABSOLUTELY NO SKIN ON CHICKEN.

Stick to water, unsweetened fruit vices, cranberry juice, tea and skimmed milk. Drink lots of water everyday.

Eat grilled (broiled) or baked chicken instead of meat.
If you wish, you can substitute grilled (broiled) fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need the high protein in the beef the other day.

At the end of the 7th day, if you have not cheated you will lose up to 17 pounds.
If you have lost more than this pounds, stay off for the diet for 2 days before resuming this again as on day one.

FAT BURNING SOUP

3 large green onions (Scallions) 2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes 1 bunch celery
large head of cabbage chicken stock cube

Season with salt, pepper, curry, paisley, bouillon or hot sauce.

Method:
Cut the vegetables into small to medium pieces. Cover with water.
Boil fast for 10 minutes. Lower heat to simmer. Continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.

This basic fat burning soup can be eaten any time you are hungry.
Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories.
